NOTICE OF KEY DECISION

Notice is hereby given that the Executive Director: Delivery and Executive Member for Culture, Delivery and Public Protection are to be asked to make a key decision on 20 Sep 2021 in respect of the following:

TITLE: Cloud- Hosted (Multi-Channel) Contact Centre System - Contract Award

SERVICE AREA: Delivery

PURPOSE OF DECISION:

To seek approval to award the contract for the provision of a Cloud-hosted, multi- channel contact centre system.

ISSUE REFERENCE: I102383

This notice is being given in accordance with regulation 10 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 in that the decision is urgent and it is not possible to give 28 days’ notice as normally required by regulation 9.

The Executive Director: Delivery and Executive Member for Culture, Delivery and Public Protection will be considering a report prepared by the Assistant Director: Customer Experience, Digital and ICT.  A copy of the report and any other documents will be available for inspection on the Council’s web site or at Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD (when the offices are open).
